Who we are

As Partner of P3 Civil, Jeremy is responsible for overall customer service and quality of all work products.  He is a licensed Professional Engineer with more than 25 years of experience with design firms in Illinois, Iowa and North Carolina.  Over his career, he has worked on projects such as data center infrastructure, asset management, residential and commercial site plans, pavement rehabilitation, City Engineer and construction supervision.  In addition, Jeremy has over 5 years' experience in land development for a national homebuilder acting as the Director.  He holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Iowa State University and has called Charlotte home for over 8 years.

As Director of Engineering, Dan oversees engineers and designer preparing sketch plans, preliminary and final Civil Engineering design and plan sets.  With more than 25 years of Civil Engineering experience, he has incorporated many aspects of Civil Engineering such as combined and separated sanitary sewer investigations and rehabilitation, interceptor design and construction, wastewater treatment construction, lift station design and construction, drainage investigation and design, local and regional stormwater management investigation and design, residential, mixed use, commercial and industrial subdivision design, permitting and construction.  He has a Civil Engineering degree from University of Iowa and is a licensed Professional Engineer in several states.

As Director of Planning & Entitlements, James oversees site planning and the related approvals process. He is focused on delivering quality design efficiently and on budget. He is a Professional Landscape Architect (PLA) with more than 10 years of experience with noted design firms. Over his career he has worked on a variety of different project types including single-family residential, multi-family residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, and municipal. In addition to site design, James also has experience working as a Land Entitlements Manager for a national homebuilder. He is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects, holds a Bachelor’s of Landscape Architecture degree from the University of Georgia, and earned a Master’s of Landscape Architecture degree from Louisiana State University. James has lived in the Charlotte area for 10 years with his wife and their two children. 

Mr. Keever, who is a Partner and Director of Surveying, has twenty (20) years of progressive land surveying experience which includes construction layout; ALTA surveys; boundary retracement surveys; topographic surveys; hydrographic surveys; as-built surveys for federal, public, and private sector; survey location of wetland delineations; and construction observation to ensure proper installation of utilities for internal and external clients.
